1. Wholesale Orders
By placing a wholesale order, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. Wholesale orders are intended for resale purposes, and all orders are final upon confirmation.
2. Order Confirmation
Once you submit an order, it will be processed, and you will receive an order confirmation. Please verify all details before confirming your order, as we cannot make changes after shipment.
3. Returns and Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges in the case of manufacturing defects, incorrect items, or shipping damage. Returns must be made within 3 days of receiving the shipment. No returns or exchanges are allowed for bulk orders that meet the agreed-upon specifications, custom-made items, or undamaged products.
4. Damaged Goods and Claims
If your shipment arrives damaged:
- Report the issue within 3 days of delivery.
- Send a photo of the damaged items and a description of the damage to info@satyamshivamhandloom.com.
- Replacement items will be issued based on availability, or we will process a refund for defective items.
5. Custom Orders
For custom-made or special-order items, there are no returns, exchanges, or refunds. These items are made to your specifications, and by placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
6. Shipping
We process and ship all wholesale orders within 7–10 business days from order confirmation. Shipping times may vary depending on destination and carrier availability. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
7. Cancellation Policy
Wholesale orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After 12 hours, cancellations will not be accepted as the order may already be in production or shipment.
8. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the return or damage claim is approved. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation.
